Aggressive or Abusive Patients
The practice will not tolerate aggressive or abusive behaviour towards any member of the Practice Team. This also includes any abuse posted on social media sites. Such behaviour will result in patients being notified with a warning or automatic removal from the practice list. The NHS has a zero tolerance to abusive behaviour towards its staff.
All calls are recorded in the practice.
