The surgery is working with the Health Board as a pilot practice in how to improve ordering repeat medication for patients. We are introducing what is called 'Serial Prescribing' This new way of ordering is designed to streamline the ordering process for the patient. Not all medication can be put onto serial prescribing. You may receive a call from the Health Board Pharmacist or further communication from your Community Pharmacist.
The surgery will be making a few changes over the next few months. These changes are for everyone's benefit, both patient and practice staff.
